I used to enjoy banking here but recently through an ill explained feature /error on their app they charged me $105 and refuse to return this money to me. I am currently disabled and unable to work so this $105 means very much to me and likely very little to them. This goes to show me and you how little they care about customer satisfaction. Said I need an account to get $10 in quarters. What is the point of a bank like this?
Strange experience. Walked in to get a US $100 bill exchanged for smaller denominations. Said if I wasn't a customer, that they could not do it. So if I was considering to become a customer? Not likely to happen. Luckily the restaurant across the street was happy to do it. I did become their customer. May want to consider picking it up a notch.
Great bank with friendly workers. I would not bank anywhere else in Milwaukee.
