I called to book an appointment for my toddler. My call was transferred somewhere overseas and the wom didn't know what an IEP was. She then transferred me to Paulette. Paulette says the rep doesn't have an educational background so she wouldn't know what that was. So I said we'll if she's taking calls she should know since this is a speech therapy office. My son has been struggling with talking however, after receiving speech services from PYR services he has made improvements.
The services there are wonderful! Paulette and her team really make you feel welcomed.
Very clean, timerly manner, patient & friendly
We’ve only had 3 visits w Ms. Favi, but I can already tell why it’s so highly rated and has such a waitlist to be seen! The center is very clean and organized. Services are v good and age appropriate. The therapist talks about what we can be doing at home with her to promote speech. Very happy with our experience and looking forward to continuing our visits!
