I had such an incredible private session with Carolayn — truly one of the best Pilates experiences I’ve had. She is so attentive, knowledgeable, and intuitive in her teaching. The BEST. Great Pilates. Fabulous instructors. Been going for years.
One of the two places I go to for yoga and I love it here!!! Super clean, spacious, I love that they provide yoga mats and towels as well!! The yoga room is super modern and get sooo hot too. Only thing I recommend are little sticker guides to place the mats. I’ve noticed that this place has becoming in increasingly more popular and I’ve been needing to change my spot in the room to make more room for the people coming to class a little later or if it’s a bigger class. Other than that no complaints!!
Excellent studio with excellent instructors and front end staff. They are always so helpful and accommodating 10/10
