I had such a wonderful time attending a reform Pilates class, and I highly recommend signing up for a class while you're away on vacation or if you're a local!
Rylee is the absolute best! Her workouts are amazing and she makes the class more enjoyable and encourages you the whole time
Went to 2 classes here while visiting LBI. Instructors were very welcoming and knowledgeable. LAB class w/Mary was super fun and hard. Was sore for days! Reformer Pilates with Jaimie was great. I really liked the flow of her class and the way she talked through all of the movements.
ATTENTION CLASSPASS USERS, DO NOT BOOK THIS STUDIO! THEY WILL CANCEL ON YOU If you use Classpass to try and book this studio, DONT. I booked an available class through ClassPass, received my confirmation, then less than 24 hours before class I was notified the class was canceled. . The one-on-one Pilates sessions with Carolayn, have made a startling difference in my body strength, endurance and balance. Her Credentials, Motivational and Teaching skills are Excellent. She inspires Confidence and Trust….and the studio’s vibe is Fun and Friendly, beginning at the Front Desk.
