9/27/25 Update: And the disrespect continues. Just look at the response from the owner. All I did was come back and polish my original review from when I first posted it, and she replied the way she did below. Again, childish, rude, and not professional at all. Unprofessional, rude, and dismissive, Hannah showed no regard for my time or feelings. While this establishment does excellent work, my experience today was deeply disappointing. My appointment was canceled eighteen minutes before it was scheduled, and the treatment I received was shockingly unprofessional. The business recently had a price increase. I went in very nervous for my first wax. Hannah's professionalism and all around good vibes made me feel very comfortable and what could have been an awkward situation, turned out to be a very smooth process. No pun intended. I will definitely be back for her motto is "No hair left behind"
