One of the best vets I’ve ever been to. I was so scared for my cat, Garfield, to get his neuter. When we first got here, we were greeted with the best customer service I have ever seen. The doctor explained the procedure in detail and made me so much more comfortable. I was able to hand my cat off to them with complete ease. Catherine at the front was one of the sweetest people I have ever met and she answered every single question we had in complete detail. Thank you guys for everything! God bless
I love this place, I live in barrie the vet I was withaquoted me a $4000 dollars with not many options but to got get a loan...Pyne hills gave me a quote 60% cheaper and the staff is absolutely amazing, so I brought me 3 dogs and two cats to this location 45 min drive but we'll worth it,
I am very thankful for Pyne Hills Vet for helping my emergency walk-in visit, without appointment or calling in we were able to come in and get assistance right away for my hurt dog. They were very thorough and carefully explained all the procedures and instructions , took their time to make us feel comfortable and confident. After sending my dog back home, they were kind and thoughtful enough to call us twice in the week to ask how my Dog is doing and check-in on him.
