I found Dr David Farrington’s practice on Google while dealing with sensitivity in my front crown bridge at 20 weeks pregnant. He kindly made space to see me quickly and created a pregnancy-safe plan to help manage the issue. What impressed me most was his honesty. A previous dentist had told me I had two broken teeth and needed three fillings. I’ve been coming to this dental practice since a young girl, approximately 20+ years now! Dr Stephen Elliott was amazing to deal with! Kind, caring and felt like he went the extra mile to show and teach me things about my teeth and dental hygiene (just some extra care towards my teeth). All the staff and Drs here are all really lovely to deal with but my most recent appointment with Dr Elliott really stood out for me! Thank you team, always look forward to coming in and seeing everyone!

I cannot speak highly enough of this practice. I suffered a severe dental trauma playing sport, loosing two teeth. Dr David Farrington miraculously managed to reinsert the teeth. 2 Months later, the teeth feel perfect, as though nothing happened. This process involved Dr Farrington coming in on his day off to preform emergency surgery, as well as complex root canal in the following weeks. I could not be more thrilled with the result.

Dr David Farrington was recommended to me by a friend. I can recommend him as expert Dentist highly he goes above and beyond every detail to make sure the experience is professional and at the highest level of dental care as a Cancer patient it is imperative that my teeth are looked after. the staff at reception are welcoming and professional and the dentistry that I have had done at the practice is of the highest standard. I have brought my whole family to see Dr Farrington and his team. The entire team is wonderful, with a special shout out to Melinda who is amazing with kids. Dr Farrington is incredibly knowledgeable, takes his time to explain everything, and very caring. I recently had my wisdom teeth taken out and the process was smooth and painless. We are grateful to have found Dr Farrington and his team. Whenever we visit Pymble Dental Practice, we know that we are in the best possible hands! Thank you!
