These people are amazing. I dropped in on Tuesday morning this week to see if they could assist in putting a car badge on my car. The owner tried but said as there was damage to my bumper bar it would not go in. He gave me a quote that same day to fix the bumper and 3 days later I had my car back. I can highly recommend them they are polite and courteous and very professional. Absolutely the worst efficiency and borderline irresponsible. We're having our family van repaired here through NRMA since 3 and half weeks ago (door replacement) and we've tried to get an estimated finish time multiple times via email and phone. The lady on the phone was unable to provide a date each time but instead just keep telling us to "extend our hire for another week". Knowing full well that NRMA replacement hire runs out at 2 weeks. It seems odd to state that it has always been a pleasure to submit my cars for repair at Pymble Accident Repair Crentre but in the past 10 or so years I have always found their professiionbal approach to restoring my cars has been faultless. These have been family owned cars so their repairs have been frought with family concern.
