I just read some of the reviews put on this site. I feel that particularly "Jo Shmo" (I am always concerned when people won't give their real names} has a alternate agenda here. It appears that he or she went to another place because I have found the entire staff at Pain Treatment Centers to be caring and always concerned about me. Dr Pyle's is wonderful. Been seeing him about 5yrs for chronic back pain. I've been in pain for about 9 yrs and taking narcotics the whole time. A spinal cord stimulator was inserted1 1/2 weeks ago. I've been pain free since. Thank you Dr pyles
This doctor is a hack. His contemporary knowledge of medicine is questionable at best. As a retired medical professional (medical researcher doctor at major Fortune 500 companies) and president and founder of a 30 year old medical company and chairman/CEO of another major 6-state company I founded with over 60 surgeons, I can say this man needs to retire (he's 78 years old), TODAY. My husband's doctor. We see Marty, he is always very nice.
The one, (and only), time I allowed him to do injections in my spine, I was very nervous and full of anxiety. He knew how I was feeling, and instead of trying to alleviate my nervousness, he slapped me on the hand that had the sedative needle in it and said "Stop crying and being such a baby!" Needless to say, but that was my last appt with "Dr." Pyles!
