My experience was amazing here! The dr and the assistant were SO good to me. I’m not an easy patient, especially when the shots come out. But Dr Pyles made sure it was fast and as pain free as possible. She also listened to me when I needed more shots as I don’t numb easily. I ended up with dry socket and had to come back and they were amazing and helped me get through that as well. We will be taking our family here moving forward.
Been going there about 2 years or so. I carry VA Delta Insurance but every time I go they bill me more and more on top of Insurance. Last time I had a cleaning only no x-ray and after Insurance still had to pay 76. My insurance is supposed to cover two cleanings a year. They told me a cleaning was 126. But they said i had a deep cleaning. It was a regular cleaning. I have had both think I know the difference.

Dr. Pyle and her whole staff are the very best. They have all taken care of my family over the years. Everyone is always willing to sit and listen. Highly recommend!!
Mom always said if you don't have anything good to say don't say anything at all, but I need to let everyone know don't have dentures made there, my husband had a new set made just a few months ago, he was eating and broke a front tooth out, went there today and did not get any help, they wanted to make an impression (why) just to fix a tooth.
