Dr Pyle was very professional and nice during my child's first appointment. Unfortunately, her office staff were horribly rude to me on the phone when I tried to schedule an appointment. I had difficulty scheduling a related appointment for a test at the hospital and the jerks in Dr Pyle's office actually argued with me, basically calling me a liar instead of explaining or helping find a solution.
