I moved to Cary from out of state. My neighbor recommended Axiom Dentistry; I researched them and called. I met Dr. Santago and she put me at ease and explained everything. I usually get sedation but she was so gentle that I might try without. From the first phone call to check out, they were kind and friendly and I felt very comfortable there. If you are looking for a customer service oriented dentist, definitely give them a call! I strongly recommend them!
The Dentist isn't too bad- not great, but the clerical staff is terrible. I paid in cash at time of visit what they said I owed after my insurance coverage and I still received an enormous bill from them after my visit. They called my work and harrased me on the phone to get the additional money. VERY unprofessional. They must be hurting for money- which makes me think they will do work that might not need to be done. Beware.....
