I ordered pizza through google on 8/17/24. I placed the order at 8:00 pm they said it would be done around 8:40 pm. I ended up spending little short of $80 for a party. I showed up to pick up the order when it said it was done to be informed that they cancelled the order and I’ll be refunded the money in 30 minutes to a hour. Ordered online at 2pm (hours posted on a Sat are 11a-9p) and when we arrived at 2:30pm, doors were locked- lights were on inside and open sign was on. Disputed the transaction on my card and Pizza Hut got our money instead.
I just wanted to make people aware of what I have been dealing with. We had ordered pizza through there Facebook website for it to be delieved at 7:49 on Saturday afternoon. I gave it an hour and tried to call the store and no one answered the phone. I immediately sent an email to them to tell them we never received our order and we just wanted our money back.
