Wait more than 3 hour for get tow… Had to call third time to the dispatch… First time… it gonna be in 40 to 50 minutes… Second time oh sorry it gonna be again 40 to 50 minutes… Third time we do apologize its gonna take again 20 minutes… Then the driver call me, told me i’m on my way.. wait for 30min again.. I call at 9:15PM.. the towing arrived at 12:30 AM I’ve been home at 1:00AM Unacceptable… I do not recommend..
Experience with them was absolutely horrible. Waited over 4 HOURS FOR SOMEONE TO COME UNLOCK MY CAR!!! Never again.
