The gmc app let me make an appointment for my Denali ev for a battery issue with Pyes, I then called Pye service department to make sure they service my EV truck and they said yes. I go in for my appointment and am told that they don’t service them, and thereby waste my time and a 45 minute drive into town.
I was charged for the mechanic to change the wrong coil. When asked to fix it, the scummy little service manager told me to get out. Just plane crooks!
