A fair score, due to my experience, would be no stars at all, since they never showed up - twice. I called on a Thursday to setup a repair for Friday, in which the agreed upon time was “between 1pm and 1:30pm”. Around 3:30pm I called to see when I could expect the serviceperson to arrive, since the time was now after the appointment time. The administrative person said the serviceperson was tied up with another job and not going to show up for my repair.
