I went here months ago and she could not get my script for my glasses done right so they kept the glasses and charged my insurance, after i was told they would refund it, so I have to wait another year to get glasses. I do not recommend this place
Dr. Pyatt is very nice and friendlyas is most of the staff. Some staff should be trained better or at least make sure they are aware of the patients visual impairments. That way they don't raise their voice at a child for not keeping their eyes still. It's physically impossible for my child due to her impairment. When trying to have records sent to her primary doctor I was rudly questioned about why. I don't believe this office is knowledgeable enough with Nystagmus amongst other diagnosis.
