Very reliable and long reputation, oldest in Luton, always rely on their gold, I purchase from them often and I only trust them. Family run business, owner is very polite and gentle, very family person, always explain in detail your queries with respect and you will find the full satisfaction and professionalism. End of the day it is business and they have to make profit, prices are compitative and products are genuine 22 crts gold. Good collection too. Thanks to the owner.
Very rude owner, acts like he's doing you a favour by you buying from him! No idea how he has operated his business this long. Been here twice, both times bad experience.
Quite rude and aggressive towards you whenever you ask to see anything in person and if you ask for prices they’re also quite aggressive with their approach towards you!! Wouldn’t recommend would never spend hard earn money in a business with customer service like this
UPDATED 26/11/24 I didn't know what I wanted before I entered shop. Chap was friendly and let me have a look without being an egressive seller. They are a small shop so I was pleasantly surprised by their stock. Any ways long story short. I fell in love with this. 5* for the piece 5* for the banter.
