Paul coached me to my first Ironman. He was so helpful with all his insights and training plans. He helped create a training plan tailored just to me and my life/schedule. He also helped include me in different training groups. Feeling part of a community was very rewarding and encouraging. I truly enjoyed having Paul as my coach!
Quality individualized coaching that supports athletes as a whole. Paul is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about helping athletes of all levels reach their goals. A truly awesome community!
Paul has been great to work with. He has so much experience and passion for supporting every athlete along there journey. Paul has been helping me return to triathlon after years of dealing with injury. He is taking his time to look at all areas of my past to educate me as I continue to train. His 30 plus years of experience shows and he seems genuinely interested in helping me and all of his other athletes be the best that we can be.
Endurance Camp - Such a unique and valuable experience for any endurance athlete to participate in. I was nervous that I wouldn't find much value because I was injured going in, but the actual training is not the most important part. The one on one time with Paul, detailed coaching from form, nutrition and mentality is truly the most valuable part of the experience that you won't get any other way. Also, the house is fantastic, the area is gorgeous and the fellow athletes are amazing people. Do yourself a favor and sign up!
