Everything seems to be in stock and when an order is placed, they charge everything and notifies that the items are unavailable , issues refund only on the item price, excluding shipping & sales tax. They way they operate is close to a scam.

The second time I called broker Agnes Lee (the first message went unanswered) about buying a laundromat thru PWS, she said she would email me "tomorrow" after her "meeting" with more info. That was weeks ago....
