Coach Kevin and his team provide superior training and coaching to all their athletes. He brings years of experience and knowledge to tailor all his programs to his athletes. Truly a special place and amazing people!

My son Jaden has been with Kevin for close to two years now. This has been a 5 star rating throughout the whole time. Not only has Kevin guided my son through accelerating in strength, he has work with him on Mindset, nutrition, self-care all things which include a full package experience.

My daughters (volleyball player and a dancer) have been going to PWR for about a year and a half. The time with Kevin and the team is well worth it. They focus on physical preparation and mentality to help make those they work with ready for athletic competition and life beyond the athletic stage. They mentor and develop these young kids and build a real relationship with them to understand what their goals are.
