We absolutely love PWR! Coach Joe has been incredible for my 13-year-old daughter, Evelyn. He gives excellent feedback and knows how to get her energy and motivation up during training. When the Core 4 began training with Joe, their confidence both on and off the field significantly increased. Joe was incredibly engaging as he got to know the boys beyond just their athletic abilities. They entered “Hell Week” stronger, faster, and in excellent condition, impressing the coaches who noticed who had dedicated time over the summer. We are excited to continue working with Joe and the PWR family this summer!
We couldn’t be more grateful for the experience our son has had training with Coach Skyes and the PWR team. In just a few sessions, we saw dramatic improvements, not only in his speed and agility, but in his confidence as well. As a solid, strong kid for his age, he’s sometimes felt like that could be a limitation. But Coach Skyes helped him see that his size is a strength, not a setback. The encouragement, expertise, and positive energy that the PWR team brings to every session has made a lasting impact on him.
Both of our daughters have used PWR Performance and worked with Joe and the team of trainers. What is unique about them is the personal bond they create with the athlete and so it’s much more than physical and sport specific training . We found the mental and motivational aspect of working with PWR and his team to be as beneficial as the tremendous training they received. Total athlete focus. PWR has been/is nothing but exceptional in everything that do. The instructors are extremely helpful on form correction and pushing you to weights and heights I didn’t think I could go. They are inviting and welcome you to new challenges, without being pushy. Cannot recommend this gym enough to anyone looking to build on their foundation or starting something new.
