I've been working out for 20 years, and this gym offers the best workouts I've ever experienced. The sessions at PWR are both challenging and fun, making them perfect for all ages and fitness levels. The trainers expertly adapt the workouts to accommodate my injuries, and I've seen incredible results. It's a fantastic way to start the day with energy. Highly recommended!
I’ve been a member at PWR for a year now. I’ve tried many gyms in the past, but would get bored and plateau. With PWR, I’ve really enjoyed the variety and challenge. Each week’s workouts are efficiently structured so you hit total body with a combination of cardio and strength. The training even prepared me to do my first HYROX competition!
