Payments take way to long to process. They give people 2 weeks to pay that win an auction. It generally takes 20 days or so until the money hits your bank account. Customer service could be better, they seem overwhelmed at times. Website is nice, but bid notifications are a bit much.
Really bad people here...they are dishonest and steal cards along with charging excessive fees.. Find fault in cards or refuse to grade cards so that the cards become worthless & unable to sell..DO NOT SEND CARDS TO PWCC!!
Misleading fees, stolen cards, no communication. Avoid like the plague.
Literally no customer service. They make incompetent mistakes and put in no effort to promote the cards you sell on there. Even though it boosts their commission for sales to be high, they're so laid back it's like they don't care if your card sells or not
