Derek did a great job cleaning our dryer duct. It had been 9 years since we installed the machine and I was sure the duct was very clogged. It was a tricky business since the access to the back of the dryer was very tight, and the exterior vent was barely accessible from a window. I waited a couple of days to write this as I expected some of the more severely dirty areas to show after drying. Again it exceeded my expectations! No return of stains!
