Charlie serviced our boiler last week and everything went well. Very happy and would have you back for next years service.
Charlie came today to service our boiler. Lovely chap and really knew what he was taking about. Even gave me some advice for my leaky shower. Will defo have back again.
PW Plumbing came in to do an annual service on our boiler and track down the cause of 2 cold zones in our UFH. All work was carried out in a friendly and expert way. Many thanks Paul, the UFH is now working like a dream! Highly recommended
Charlie arrived on time yesterday to service our boiler. He was great, a credit to your company name. He was talkative and polite and made every effort to inform us of what he was doing and how our boiler was performing. I asked him to be careful of the wooden floor and work tops and he used protective coverings to prevent damage and was very understanding of our concerns. Contacted on their business WhatsApp over a week ago and no response even though message has been read. Followed up with an email and a telephone call. No response. Not great customer service.
