For years, I had been cleaning the vent covers manually, but I had never considered what was going on deeper within the system. I was somewhat aback by how much dust was concealed below the covers during the cleaning. Before and after the work, the technician showed me a number of places.

Excellent service and amazing results. I had not had my ducts cleaned in over 10 years and they were filthy. This team worked hard to restore them to like-new condition. They were transparent, showed proof of work, and were very reasonably priced. Will definitely use them again.

We have a small office with 10 people. Every winter everyone was sick and coughing. We had the ducts cleaned on a Saturday. The PW Ducts Professionals crew was fast and left no mess. The office smelled fresh Monday. This winter, sick days were down 40% compared to last year. I can’t prove it was the ducts, but it is the only thing we changed. The boss is happy. We will do this every 4 years now.

Great customer service and exceptional workmanship. The technicians were friendly, respectful, and clearly took pride in their work. My vents look spotless, and my HVAC system seems to be operating much more efficiently now.

The scheduling process was simple and communication was excellent. The technicians arrived on time and were respectful of our home. They explained the work clearly and completed everything efficiently. The air quality feels noticeably better now. Great overall experience.
