I scheduled this company for air duct and dryer vent cleaning after noticing that my HVAC system was working overtime and some rooms weren’t cooling properly. The team arrived right on schedule, walked me through the whole process, and were incredibly respectful of my home. I was shocked by how much dust, pet hair, and debris came out of the system. We knew the ducts needed to be cleaned when we purchased an older house. They discovered dust, trash, and evidence of previous rodent activity. The air feels so much better once the furnace has been cleaned, UV lights installed, and sanitization. They arrived on schedule and gave a detailed explanation.
The HVAC system was struggling during the heatwave, and we couldn’t figure out why. Harold inspected and discovered filthy AC coils and a clogged blower. He cleaned everything up, flushed the drain line, and also cleaned the air ducts. Immediately the AC cooled the house better, and it wasn’t constantly running. Harold showed us every step and answered our questions patiently. I’ll be requesting him again for future maintenance.!!
