Was on my semi-daily lap around Pvt. Sonsire Triangle when I was startled by a rat scurrying through the wildly overgrown trash-strewn brush. This place has lost its luster for me, take a short trip across the street and go to McCarren Park instead.
Walk 5 minutes, it is much better there.

A cool small patch of greenery. Especially great in the summer for shade.
