As of Summer of 2024, they changed the response system for "alarms". It is terrible. It is an automated system. You have to press "1" to cancel the alarm and then you are routed into a queue that cycles several times before you can talk to a real person to cancel the alarm. Police have already been dispatched and they say that they will "try" to cancel. This automated system is HORRIBLE.
