There's nothing worse than finding out you have a pulmonary embolism and need at home oxygen and not be able to get it. I have been with Aerocare for years and the only reason I gave 2 stars was because of the wonderful staff at the Fort Collins store. But when I really needed someone, Aerocare let me down. I called to get oxygen same day, and was told my doctor would have to fax orders. This was a call center, not the lovely people I've always dealt with. Eric was awesome. He took all the time necessary to fully explain my new machine to me. I just got it all setup and am ready to try it tonight!
The person who supplied me the equipment was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated very much my interaction with him.
