This is my first experience with CPAP after being diagnosed with severe sleep apnea. This is a fantastic office. With my knowing nothing, everything along with all my options for the unit and face masks was patiently and thoroughly explained. I left the office confident in knowing how to work the unit. They have a great app that you can download to your phone and it also has tutorials, and records and presents data from the night which is extremely informative.
Custom service sucks. Can't reach local office with local number. My phone wasn't compatible with their electronic mask fitting. Couldn't get that thru their heads and why 20x I've said I can't use it if it doesn't fit properly. Am I saying too much? I hung up.
The pick up went well and covered a lot of information. I left feeling well prepared to try out the CPAP. Could add some hands on with mask assembly and also cover his iPhone is used to work with the CPAP
