I thought my oxygen machine was not working properly but Scott showed me exactly what I was doing. Great customer service, kind and patient!
Harry was extremely knowledgeable about the cpap machines, parts and processes! He went over everything, step by step. After each step, he asked if I had any questions and if I understood each step. This is my first experience with CPAP after being diagnosed with severe sleep apnea. This is a fantastic office. With my knowing nothing, everything along with all my options for the unit and face masks was patiently and thoroughly explained. I left the office confident in knowing how to work the unit. They have a great app that you can download to your phone and it also has tutorials, and records and presents data from the night which is extremely informative.
