Been going to these doctors since they were on the corner of Gaffney and Derby Streets. They have helped me with all my medical needs over the years. Pleasant experience all round... from receptionists to nurses to doctors.
I have been attending PVH for almost 2 decades, both for general practice reasons and an exercise class. The Doctors, front desk staff and Physiotherapists have all been excellent. I am very pleased with this clinic.
I’ve been going to PVH Medical since 2019 and have always had positive experiences. The doctors here take my concerns seriously, unlike other clinics where I felt brushed off, and they actually followed through on things that turned out to be pretty important. I’ve felt genuinely listened to and validated, which makes all the difference. Highly recommend!
They claim to care about their patients which is a joke! They refuse to bulk bill patients for even ONE appointment after spending $400 in less than a week and you have told them you need an urgent appointment as nurse on call advised this. BARBARA is the worst receptionist she should be sacked. I ended up in hospital as the incompetent idiot wouldn’t ask the doctors if they could squeeze me in for an urgent appointment. I have been visiting PVH now for years as I really connected with one of the doctors there who I now consider my main GP. My doctor is extremely thorough, spends time listening to all my concerns, is very direct with their thoughts (which is what I prefer) and shows genuine care towards me. I have also seen other practitioners over the years if my usual GP isn’t available and have found them all to be attentive, caring and truly empathetic.
