The staff are very helpful and pleasant. I've enjoyed taking my client there, they have accommodated her special needs.
Best kept secret! My wife and I joined for the hot tub but we love the pool, sauna, aerobic machines as well as the pneumatic exercise equipment. Never crowded but I'll leave this good review in hopes that it stays that way. Half the price of rec centers. You need to be at least 55 but your spouse can still join if under the age limit.
