I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience I had with your business this past Sunday. I drove from Boston to your establishment specifically to purchase donuts for Super Bowl Sunday. Before leaving, I checked both your website and social media accounts to confirm your hours, and there was no indication that you would be closed. I am hopeful this review will be helpful to either customers or the shop. I pre-ordered donuts on 12/11/25. These are specialty jewish donuts for Hanukkah and not readily available. My husband drove 45 minutes to pick them up on 12/13/25 before 2 pm as instructed in the confirmation email. He was told the donuts had been sold to walk in customers.
