I was at a local car care near my home for a routine oil change and tire rotation,they damaged some of the lug nuts and studs claiming that it was damaged before I bring in my car and they can not proceed with tire rotation until fixed. I was confused and went to Vargas, explained to them the problem,they fixed it by replacing all lug nuts and studs that were damaged and offered me free two tire due to an incident that happen that day.
