A big THANK YOU to Harrison and the team. At short notice we needed to ship goods, just a car load. We dropped off on Sunday and left it while we returned to New Zealand on Monday. Not a problem for Puzzle Logistics! Leave it with them, and it was all sorted for us. Great communication, and all goods arrived in NZ safe and sound. Great packing. I have been working closely with the good people at Puzzle for around 18 months now, no task is too big or small. I’ve thrown a few curve balls their way & found them always able to deliver(pun intended). Harrison will always take my calls, Chrissie & Jodie are always on hand with any queries I have regarding invoices. I now have all divisions of my company using Puzzle all up and down the East coast and they have yet to fail. By far the best freight forwarders I’ve used in Australia.
I have been using Puzzle Logistics for close to 4 years now and they always deliver on time and on budget especially in times of emergency. We mostly rely on 3rd party logistic companies through our wholesalers and use Puzzle on a need to basis or when deadlines can’t be met by other providers for whatever reason.
