Well after 6 weeks of nothing getting done I have pulled my transmission. This business is the worst I’ve ever seen the owner is disrespectful says he’ll call you back and never does. When you go in he doesn’t know who you are and doesn’t remember what you brought in. He ended up sending my transmission out to another place saying he was having problems with it. Whatever you do, absolutely do not bring your vehicle here!! Why is my friends truck been sitting there for 3 months? You have been giving her the run around and having her truck sitting there for months with no transmission even in the truck!!! She is bauling that her 50 thousand dollar truck was just supposed to have a torque converter replaced and no that did not happen!!! Really??? Are you kidding me???? ��
These folks are the worst example of trustworthy mechanics. They will take your money but not guarantee their work. We have tried our best to communicate with them but they have many excuses for not delivering quality work. Today we discovered they left our Motorhome out in an unsecured area and our Moho was vandalized and tagged. We were told it would be locked up behind a secure fence. Liars and thieves in my estimation. Don't take any vehicle there.
