I was on this side of town, so I stopped in trying to make an appt. for my son. Receptionist was doing absolutely nothing when I walked up to the counter. Proceeds to hand me a card to call the appt. line. I asked if she could just set an appt. at the counter. She said yes but they prefer I call. She was doing nothing!! Just sitting there. Seriously?!?

I opted to go here for my son and I vs going to Madigan. Convenient location for us and there's lots of parking. Never had an issue with check-in or the pharmacy and the wait time has mostly been reasonable. Every once in awhile it might be longer but it's still better than Madigan. I've also had great experiences with the lab and immunizations. We enjoy our PCM (we both have the same one) and I feel like the care we receive is excellent. This is part of the military medical network. They do a great job and is way more convenient then traveling to Madigan

This place used to take care of patients quickly and efficiently. That was like 2 or 3 years ago. Now it's like a forever late wait! The excuse of "The doctor is running late" has become the norm. I waited almost 2 hours past my appointment time to get seen! This is 100% unsatisfactory, especially from an institution that demands promptness from its customers (patients). The only thing this place has going for it is fast service at the pharmacy (as compared to the broken pharmacy system at Madigan Army Med Center on Lewis).
