They take forever and never follow up on anything. Appointments are rushed when you finally see the doctor.
It'd be nice if there was a voicemail set up for after messages, or if when I ask if I'm going to get a bill they'll tell me honestly yes I will, or not take almost 6 months to find out somethings not covered and then send a bill...
