DR. CYR IS VERY CARING AND SHOWS CONCERN FOR EVERY ISSUE I HAVE BROUGHT TO HER ATTENTION. I REALLY APPRECIATE HER AS A DOCTOR AND NEVER FEEL RUSHED OR THAT SHE IS INATTENTIVE TO MY NEEDS. I HAVE RECOMMENDED HER AS A PHYSICIAN TO OTHERS, BUT SHE IS NO LONGER TAKING NEW PATIENTS AT THIS TIME. ALSO HER ASSISTANT, PREET, IS GREAT ! VERY HELPFUL AND KIND.
I made appointment Dr. Cyr from Sound Family Medicine to address some issues that I think are associated with my blood sugar and maybe even diabetes. In addition, I have been having unusual chest pain/burning for the past week or so, so I was hoping to address this concern with Dr. Cyr as well. To my knowledge I have never seen Dr. Cyr, as she is not my regular Doctor. I have recommended Dr Cyr to friends as well as family Excellent caring compassionate physician Listens with her heart as well as her mind.
I am trying to enroll my dad as new patient in this clinic and from the beginning their customer service representative Robyn was not so friendly she took all the information on my dad like medications and all that but when they called to verify his insurance it was not updated so Robyn called me and said will hold on to the application when I call back after two days she said I had to put in another application because it was destroyed and it was not even a week. We took our business elsewhere!
