They did my step daughters wedding this weekend at the Strong Mansion and they were without a doubt the best caterer we have ever used. Everything was great top to bottom. All the staff were friendly, helpful and all were willing to do whatever it took to make the day memorable. Thank You all for a great evening
We were so happy with the day of. Staff was amazing and made our night so special. We had some issues with slight miscommunications to the day of team, but most were worked out by a short meeting with the team when they first arrived. Our guests could not stop talking about the chicken and salmon! They also created a vegan meal just for our event and it was absolutely amazing. I wish I had pictures of their setups, they were beautiful.
We had an amazing experience with POTR for our wedding. The food was absolutely delicious—so many of our guests came up to us throughout the night to rave about it. Everything was beautifully presented and served seamlessly. From cocktail hour through dinner, the timing was perfect and everything ran so smoothly. Their transparent, detailed pricing on their website gave us good vibes from the start, and they were more than accommodating with dietary restrictions and menu alterations (ex.
