I can't say I know what happend with that event and Im sorry that happend but I went with Puttin On The Ritz and they were WONDERFUL!!!! First I will start with Shannon she helped me though everything when I called she was there to help with all my questions and concerns..And the day of my weddding was fantastic My Family and I didn't have to do anything Shannon and her staff did everything. I find it amazing that anyone can post what they want on the internet and not have to back it up with facts. I can only hope that any potential clients take the time to talk to me directly about any misinformation they may have and get the whole story before judging my company. I take care of over 100 clients each year and with much success and would love to share that service with you given the chance.

I used this service to plan my wedding. They called me on the day of my grandfather's funeral (which they knew about) and yelled at me over the phone because my check hadn't arrived yet. When I offered to pay with a credit card over the phone, they asked to speak to my mother (who had just attended her father's funeral). Yelled at her and refused to take a card.
