I placed an online order for 2 leashes on April 10. Both leashes showed they were in stock. As of today, May 1, I have not received my order and no response from that store owner. I prefer to shop small businesses instead of Amazon. This experience is making me think twice, I paid for the leashes plus an exorbitant shipping charge and have no recourse other than disputing the charge with the credit card company. Shame on you Puttin on the Dog'
I agree with the other one star reviewer that this should not be an online store and they should just stick to being a local shop. I was hesitant ordering online outside of Amazon, apparently for good reason. I ordered a harness and added a leash as part of an optional add on. 7 days later I reached out because I hadn’t heard anything, the response was, “Oh, we just received it and will ship it out tomorrow.” I have an e-commerce business, they received it that day, dropped the ball and just lied about it. My dog loves chicken chips only thing she eats
Took forever to receive my order through the mail. They don’t respond to emails either. When I asked if they would send it overnight mail due to the delay in inventory, they didn’t even respond. After their delay in sending my order out they then sent it pony express. They should only be a shop and not an online store.
