Felt like a trip to the DMV. I will never go here again. Made an appointment here for me and my mom as we both badly needed our eyes checked and had things we wanted to discuss with a Doctor. It was like “take a number” and a factory of people waiting to be seen. Saw two people for very short time, no one asked or seemed to care if we wanted to ask or discuss anything. Very one sided “care”…felt impersonal like a money making machine. Both of us left feeling uncared for and a little in shock.
Always on time and Dr Putnoi is very personable and the staff are awesome.
Debbie is extremely rude and unhelpful. She even had the gall to comment on my age and what my capabilities should be. Such an ableist place. I definitely don’t feel safe here. Never going back.
Putnoi Eye Care I was a patient of Boston Eye Institute, after Dr. Richard Domfeld had worked hard for many years he decided to retire he referred me to Putnoi Eye Care Dr. Putnoi and his staff from day one made me feel I was part of their extended family.
