Today I posted on systm Connect for my mum and within 5 minutes 2 problems had been sorted for her by the wonderful Kelly. Amazing service by a happy helpful lady. Congratulations Putnoe Medical Centre. All on a Monday morning too!!
I went there today. What service friendly receptionist waited a few minutes got called to see by very pleased young lady.She asked lots of questions put me at ease got sorted came out feeling relax and sure of everything well under a hour
Highly disappointed in this medical practice, ive run out of my medication and some one was ment to call me today to disscuss, they are now closed and no one has rung me, WOW not gpod practice at all where is the doctors patient care.
Brilliant, walk in wait a little while and get seen by the doctor, brilliant service
Daphne the nurse practitioner was so lovely, kind and reassuring when I had to take my child in today. Although they were clearly rushed off their feet with all these illnesses around at the moment she handled it perfectly. Credit to you all on a tough day today but especially Daphne. Thank you for being such a wonderful Nurse practitioner you were made for the role!
