Reception Staff are friendly, helpful, efficient. Considering I had no prearranged appointment I was seen relatively quickly. The Doctors are attentive, professional, and communicate very clearly. Overall I am highly satisfied with the quality for service and care all-round.
Today i used this walk in service and the staff and practice are superb. It was a very positive experience and I would like to thank everyone there especially the lady on reception and the nurse i saw. Nhs at its best
The people that work in this brilliant walk-in centre seem to think its still 1995 and the NHS still only exists to provide exceptional care to sick people. The people here are friendly, caring and professional, from the receptionists to the doctors, which is just as well as my actual GP (which is NOT affiliated with Putnoe walk-in centre) doesn't seem to care if I die. I had to take my grandad this morning to the walk in centre, he was seen to very quickly and all staff were very friendly
