Run by a total Karen aka Nicole. Everyone here is rude and the service is truly horrible. There are so many negative reviews about the practise and the manager Nicole (whose husband in one of the GPs) After such a bad experience I had to report them to the medical board after the GP gave me an injection without consent - literally seconds after I specifically asked him not to give it to me - unbelievable! like everyone says - Nicole is a total piece of work. Most of the doctors I see here are amazing. The doctor I visit is the best dr I have ever had. The reception are always helpful and accommodating to me - and to the people I have seen them serve. The nurse is amazing. The pathology is accessible. Sometimes I get a dr I don't gel with and I don't see them again, and ask reception to take a note on my file so I don't book with them - but this happens EVERYWHERE. I cannot recommend Dr. Jessica Hadwen highly enough. An excellent addition to the practice, she has already proven herself to be an exceptional medical practitioner. She went above and beyond to help address multiple health concerns, carefully working through each issue while maintaining a balance of empathetic, caring professionalism. Great Staff but I’m Unhappy with Dr Danny Wong Response to my Symptoms that ignore my Request to do a Blood Test yesterday, will not see him again as I have DiGeorge/Legius Syndrome and Osteoporosis. I have got Chronic Conditions that I spose to have a blood test once every 3-6 months that Dr Wong ignored everything says Oh We Don’t Do That and We Don’t Do That! That just show the GP got No Respect and Doesn’t Care About You! Since previous best Filipino GP Left it’s going down hill. Now I got a new GP I will never come back... read more
