Disappointing experience - would not recommend I order flowers for an important occasion and I was very disappointed with the arrangement. The bouquet that arrived was very different from what was advertise - different flowers and smaller size (for a premium one paid). When I called to address the issue, the representative was dismissive and unapologetic, didn't offer a solution or acknowledge of any mistake. Absolutely love this local gem! The flowers are always fresh, beautifully arranged, and reasonably priced. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond to help. Highly recommend for any occasion!
