Guys need to learn how to speak to customers
Bad!! I made a engine oil change appointment for my Lexus vehicle and got the confirmation. When i got there for the engine oil, they said they don’t do engine oil change for Lexus. ( you’d better let me know before confirming the appointment ) And, they said the parts are different. Damn. They didn’t know what they talked about. The engine oil filter and oil pan washer for certain model ( like my car model ) are shared between Toyota and Lexus. Even the part numbers are same. I made an appointment and showed up on time for routine maintenance. They quoted me two hours which was long, but fine. After two and a half hours still no call, no text. I go back to the dealership. They haven't even started on my car. They ask me to wait 30 minutes and they'll get it done. Thirty minutes turns into another hour and half. Overall a four hour ordeal that disrupted my whole day and the time I took off work to get this done. Extremely unprofessional.
