This Toyota has been okay with my basic oil changes when I had my extended warranty. I made an appt for a recall service on my car after a failed one at another dealership. I confirmed with an advisor and with the scheduler( who double confirmed with service) , that they indeed had the part and “it would be for my car at my appt”. I recently went in for a recall the service was fast and efficient.
Do not take your vehicle here. I took my brand new 2024 truck here for a standard service and recall. About a week later I got a notification saying that my coolant temp was high. I pulled over to the side of the road and searched the internet as to why it may happen on such a new vehicle. I come to find out upon popping the hood of my truck that the tech did not reconnect my coolant fan connector. This was my first visit to Putnam Toyota. I have a 2007 4RUNNER with 153K miles and it will easily go to 300K. I've been meticulous about keeping up with necessary maintenance over the years, and have relied heavily on dealerships' service centers to provide reliable, professional guidance.
