I brought in my Corolla for suspension repairs and was quoted about $1,700 for struts, which later increased to over $2,100 after a video showed “damage.” I ended up paying $4,200 total for a tune-up, spark plugs, coolant flush, oil leak repair, and struts, which feels extremely overpriced for a 2013 Corolla. Putnam Toyota Service is to be avoided at all costs. Prior to my most recent experience, I have taken my cars here for years with reasonable satisfaction. Things have dramatically changed as of June 2025. This most recent experience was beyond horrible and I will never use them again. Among the issues experienced: - They never provided any paperwork when I dropped the car off for regular maintenance with a listing of the work to be done and with an estimated cost - They replaced the brake pads and rotors after obtaining verb... read more
