Tried for a few weeks to get a contract for service signed and ultimately had to drive out to their office. Signed the contract and was expecting them within a week. No one ever showed up and no one has ever called/emailed me - and yes, they had my correct contact info. I don't know what the issue is but despite how friendly everyone there appeared there was zero effort to take on a new customer and/or follow up.
Great service!! a very knowledgeable full service pool company. We had a water quality/color issue and they resolved it quickly and professionally.
I have been using Putnam Pool for many years, and they do a great job.
