Amazing service
No way to book appointments online. When I was asking why the person I was speaking with (Karina) hung up on me. Terrible service & it’s discriminatory / ableist to not provide an online option for booking. What is this 1980?
Last time I will work with these people. Have bought at least three cars from them. Took in a Outback to have 150k service done and engine warning light checked. They did the service ($1,700 all in) THEN told me that engine warning light was for transmission issue that will cost more than car is worth. And charged me an additional $220 for the warning light analysis. They just lost a 25 yr. customer.
I was going back and forth between a Subaru and a Mazda and ended up going with a Crosstrek Subaru. This process was made easy by the Putnam Subaru staff, especially Dominic who was very easy to work with and not pushy. During the test drive, he took the time to understand my needs, ensuring that this is the right car for me.
