I generally don’t write reviews but having this horrible experience at Putnam Subaru I had no choice. This is the most unethical dealer and dishonest . I had an agreed deal and price and what do they do? They sell the car to someone else and didn’t inform me . Miguel Reyes should not represent any dealer. The manager who I spoke with the day prior as well as the sales person agreed to price and it’s beyond me how any person and dealer can operate and represent that they are a quality and honest dealer. On Saturday, August 28, 2021, I contacted Putnam Subaru Service Department to ask if I could make an appointment to have the air conditioner on my 2015 Subaru Forester looked at. I was told to bring it in and since I live in San Lorenzo, CA in the East Bay, I drove the car across the bay to Burlingame and dropped it off.
